Requirement:
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is in the process of delivering a new web based bankruptcy application form through its online portal. This new form will replace the current PDF version of the form which is accessed and lodged through Online Services. The services provided through the portal include:
Bankruptcy application:
Create new application
Save and resume application
Upload attachments
Submit Bankruptcy Form (including attachments)
Return Bankruptcy Form status
AFSA is seeking a Supplier to update and/or produce supporting documentation to enable the agency to make an informed decision associated with the risks of deploying the latest release into the production environment.
1. PSPF/ ISM Compliance Preparation Services
The supplier will review and produce required documentation in accordance with the Proposal. This includes reviewing, updating or writing the following:
• Statement of Applicability (SoA)
The Supplier will review the SoA for the AFSA Online Insolvency Services solution and update as required.
• Security Risk Management Plan (SRMP)
Security Risk Management plan will be reviewed and updated to identify the risks to AFSA and recommend additional controls as required for the mitigation of identified risks.
• System Security Plan (SSP)
A System Security Plan that utilises the output of the SoA and SRMP to determine the controls identified and how they will be implemented.
2. Vulnerability Assessment
The Supplier will undertake a vulnerability assessment of the Online Insolvency Services solution including the new web based bankruptcy form and deliver a comprehensive vulnerability assessment report in alignment with AFSA ICT Security requirements.
AFSA is time critical within this requirement, so you must be able to provide the services listed in the Essential Criteria.
