Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from people with relevant professional qualifications and recent and relevant industry experience suitable to fill a vacancy as an independent member of Council's Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC).
The ARIC serves as an independent and objective party to promote the good corporate governance of Wollongong City Council.
The ARIC is comprised of two Councillors and three independent members. The ARIC meets on at least four occasions each year, with one of the meetings to consider the annual financial statements of Council.
