Riverina Water is inviting tenders from reputable organisations to provide an integrated solution comprising of a proven Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, associated management services, processes, and support to deliver a whole of business service solution to benefit its staff and customers.
The ERP should cover the following areas:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Financial Management System (FMS)
- Customer Request Management (CRM) including Name and Address Register
- Water Utility Billing Module
- Payroll
- eBusiness capabilities across a wide range of functions
- Mobile/ field-based capabilities across a wide range of functions, and
- Core systems integratons (e.g. EDRMS).
