Tender Description
The Commonwealth seeks an Industry Partner for the supply and support of an ISS capability that will enable a process of continuous augmentation, supplementation and enhancement of the current and future Soldier Combat System (SCS).
This ITR has been prepared using the ASDEFCON (Invitation to Register) template and comprises:
a. Part 1 – Conditions of Registration (COR), including annexes;
b. Part 2 – Statement of Requirement (SOR), including Annex A to the SOR; and
c. Part 3 – Commercial Principles
Responses are to be submitted on the basis that funding for this procurement has not yet been approved and that the Commonwealth may, in accordance with the Conditions of Registration, decide to amend, suspend, defer or terminate this ITR process or any further procurement process.
Subject to the conditions of registration, the proposed schedule for conducting the ITR process is:
- ITR response closing time...............20 November 2020
- Commence ITR evaluation................23 November 2020
- Notify outcome to respondents........10 May 2021
