Tender Description
Isaac Regional Council (IRC) has secured funding to undertake construction on the Moranbah Access Road – Quarrico Intersection Upgrade under the Blackspot Funding Program.
This project covers general earthworks, landscaping, improvements to existing drainage structures and treatments, construction of Subtype 2.1 Unbound pavement, sprayed bituminous treatments, asphalting, and road surface delineation, as described under Part 5 – Scope of Works.
