Tender Description
FBA requests tenders from suitably experienced contractors to undertake construction of a chute and flow diversion bunds on the riverbank of this property. The site has previously undertaken significant earthworks for riverbank stabilisation, however has experienced a significant wash out due to the 2019-2020 wet season, and is actively evolving
The chute and bunds are to be constructed as per engineering design plans (as provided in “Appendix B – Engineering Drawings”). The topsoil, 150 mm, where bunds are to be constructed is to be FIGURE 1: BANK WASHOUT SITE 4 stripped off and stockpiled on the property. This topsoil is to be then uniformly spread over the constructed bunds.
