The City of Karratha is seeking EOI to lease office space within the Dampier Community Hub. There is one (1) office for lease as follows:

Office No 2: 14sqm

The lease may also include the use of common areas and storerooms to services these offices. A Peppercorn Lease for an appropriate Community Group may be considered.
