SUMMARY OF WORKS
This tender is a one year tender for the supply and/or laying of bituminous surfacing of roads. The Principal does not guarantee any particular tonnage however an indicative program of resealing works is provided in the tender documents.
The Contract shall be for the period of twelve months from the date of awarding the contract with the option to extend for three months by agreement of both parties.
