⁠⁠⁠Overview

Glamorgan Spring Bay Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the Pavement Rehabilitation and Bituminous Sealing Roads Program 2026–2027.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Pavement rehabilitation
  • In-situ pavement reclamation and stabilisation
  • Asphalt surfacing
  • Bituminous spray sealing and resealing
  • Line marking reinstatement
  • Traffic management
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Associated roadworks at various locations throughout the Glamorgan Spring Bay municipal area

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The contract will be administered under AS 4000-1997 General Conditions of Contract
  • The contract is a Schedule of Rates contract

Contractor Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in similar local government road construction and rehabilitation projects
