Tender Description
Council is in the process of developing a Property Portfolio Framework (PPF). The framework will guide Melton City Council’s decision making in respect of land. The PPF is focused around the following property functions:
- Acquisition including by agreement;
- Strategic Acquisition in a Precinct Structure Plan context;
- Repurposing/Redevelopment; and
- Disposal
Council needs to manage the distinction between its role as a land owner and a responsible authority. Therefore, Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified probity consultants.
Council requires a probity consultant to undertake a detailed analysis of the PPF document and to work with Council to develop a Probity Plan and provide advice as required for a three year period.
