Tender Description
1. Development of Cyber Security and Physical Security use cases, referenced where appropriate to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Each use case must contain:
a. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
b. Playbook;
c. Splunk detection rules and notable event in Enterprise Security; and
d. Splunk Phantom configuration where appropriate.
2. Innovation across use case development incorporating ICT and physical security alerts and events.
