Quotation for the cleaning of Council buildings and structures for a 2 year period commencing 2nd of September 2020
The contract is for a 2-year period upon various miscellaneous council buildings in accordance with the schedule of work and quality of outcomes for the services. The work will include routine cleaning of the building that have been listed and other miscellaneous activities that may arise during the nature of the contract. The reporting of vandalism / damage is expected with the cleaning schedules.
It is the tenderer’s responsibility to determine the time required to carry out the work and the rates to be charged for the sites. The rates are to include materials, equipment and plant.
The successful contractor will be expected to provide all labour, equipment and plant necessary to complete the works. Council will provide consumable items such as toilet paper, cleaning detergents, sprays and the like. The contractor will be required to provide utensils, tools and cleaning apparatus necessary for the conduct of the contract
