• Work lights (front and rear)
• Machine to be fitted with AM/FM radio
• Tinted windows to be fitted to all glass panels
• Common Expiry Date Registration to be carried out to 31 March 2021
• 1 Spare Parts Manual to be included – CD format preferred
• 1 Workshop Manual to be included – CD format preferred
• 1 Operators Manual to be included – hard copy
• A full risk assessment to be carried out by Plant Assessor and supplied with machine

All quotations must be completed on an Official Council Quotation Form and placed in a sealed envelope clearly
marked ‘Confidential Vehicle Quotation’ and clearly state the quotation name and plant number. This form can be
obtained from Council. Quotations are to be received at the Goolgowi Council Office or by email at
tenders@carrathool.nsw.gov.au by 12 noon Wednesday 29 July 2020.

All persons are advised that it is their responsibility to ensure that their quotation is received prior to the advertised
closing date and time.
• Faxed quotations will not be considered.
• The highest / lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
