Tender Description
Brimbank City Council seeks to procure the services of a suitably-qualified Contractor to construct civil works on Devonshire Road (Sunshine) between and adjacent to the intersections with Clarke Street, Withers Street and George Street.
The Project includes (but is not limited to): new road pavement; kerb and channel; a raised intersection; traffic signal works; as well as all traffic management, subcontractor co-ordination and communication with local traders affected by the Works.
The program of works is 16 weeks in total (12 weeks civil works; and an additional 4 weeks traffic signals & commissioning).
The Contract will be governed by AS2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract.
