Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The works comprise:-

Demolition and removal of existing roof glazing and timber roof structure, existing lighting, ceiling mounted sweeps fans and removal of associated surface mounted conduits

  • Re-routing of existing internal gas pipework.
  •  Installation of new laminated toughened roof glazing and associated aluminium glazing suite.
  •  Installation of new timber roof rafters and pitching beams.
  •  Installation of new gutters and roof flashings.
  •  Installation of new internal sweep fans and associated electrical works.
  •  Installation of new internal LED lighting fittings and associated electrical works.
  •  Maintenance and refurbishment of original low level and ridge level manually operated louvre/vents.
  •  Internal painting.
