Tender Description
Development Victoria intends to engage a suitable contractor for civil construction works for a land subdivision project in Melbourne’s Western suburbs. Works will include bulk earthworks, road and drainage, asphalting and service provision in preparation for housing construction.
A Select Tender will be conducted with bidders invited from an approved Register. Tender documentation including a Request for Proposal will be made available to select bidders through the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal from late July 2020.
The tender will be awarded on a construct only basis, with the successful bidder appointed under a modified AS2124 contract. The procurement is subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement, including the Social Procurement Framework
