Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council seeks to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the supply, maintenance, repair, and installation of irrigation equipment within Council’s parks, reserves and various landscaped areas throughout the municipality.
This is a schedule of rates contract. The volume of works and services under this contract are not guaranteed.
This contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year period with options of a further two (2), one (1) year terms, to be offered at the sole discretion Council.
At completion of the first twelve-month anniversary of the contract, a performance review will be undertaken by the Contract Supervisor. If the services provided by the Contractor do not meet the requirements of the contract and repeated non-compliances have not been rectified, Council reserves the right to terminate the contract.
