Tender Description

Manufacture & supply of scrap metal shear blades.

At this point the blades have no engineering drawings to work from, the successful tenderer will have to have the engineering drawings completed. A set of used blades (2) will be supplied.

Also there is an attachment that gives you the material composition and hardness of the blade.
The blades have 4 cutting edges, so they are rotated every 6 weeks on average. Wear & damage of the blades is totally dependent of what grade & thickness of material sheared.

Just as a rough guide the blade dimensions are as follows;
