Tender Description
The scope covered by the tender is for Plain Track and Turnout Rail Profiling for close-downs and other planned track occupancy periods, during the 5 year period from September 2020 within the Hunter Valley Network.
This RFT is for the provision of rail profiling services including plant and equipment, supervision, operators, support crews, track certifiers and safe working protection to support and perform work activities during scheduled track occupancy periods within Close-downs and Aligned Maintenance Possessions, on an agreed as-required basis during the term of the agreement. This requirement covers the Hunter Valley network.
A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing will be provided as follows:

Submissions: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
This Tender uses two (2) tender boxes as follows:
1) The first tender box "06286 Section B Part 1" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 Commercial and Pricing Schedules; and
2) The second tender box "06286 Section B Part 2 and Other" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2 Technical Schedules and all other Tender documentation.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
