Courts Services Victoria intend to release a tender for Facility Maintenance and Associated Works on the 25 June 2020.
Court Services Victoria is reponsible for maintaining a number of State owned facilities across Victoria, which are integral to the operation of the State'sjustice system.
The tender process will be an Open Tender.
The successful respondant must carry out Scheduled Maintenance Services and maintain Essential Safety Measures at each Facility. In additon, Other services may be required such as rectification of faults, minor remedial works, major remedial and minor capital works. The specifications are yet to be finalised and are subject to change.
