Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1920-90 for the provision of Diamond Creek Trail – Stage 2 - Design and Construction of Five Bridges.
Works include the design and construction of five (5) shared trail bridges crossing the Diamond Creek along Stage 2 of the Diamond Creek Trail Extension, between Diamond Creek and Hurstbridge.
Stage 2 of the trail will extend between Wattle Glen and Hurstbridge.
The pedestrian bridges will form part of the shared trail network but will have to be designed to accommodate pedestrians, bike riders, horses and riders and light weight maintenance and emergency vehicles.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 31 August 2020 with a practical completion date of 30 June 2021.
