Event Management of Fryers Street Food Festival - Lump Sum Contract

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the provision of an Event Manager for the Fryers Street Food Festival.

Greater Shepparton City Council’s Economic Development Department in partnership with Shepparton Show Me created the Fryers Street food Festival. Since its inception in 2016 it has instantly secured itself as on the regions must attend food events.

The objective of this event is to continue to promote and establish Fryers Street as the eatery strip of Greater Shepparton and showcase the diverse food dining experiences the street offers.

Term of the Contract is 2 years with an option for Council to extend an additional 1 or 2 years (1+1). This option will be at the sole discretion of Council.

Tenders will be received until 4.00pm (AEST), Wednesday 8 July 2020
COUNCIL ADVISES EXTRA TIME SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR UPLOADING/DOWNLOADING DOCUMENTS DUE TO POTENTIAL CONNECTIVITY DISRUPTIONS.

Tenders can be only lodged on line. Please note Greater Shepparton City Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders. Please submit all tenders through the TenderSearch website.

It is Council’s policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

Council will not accept any tender submissions by facsimile, or by e-mail.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 1968 - Event Management of Fryers Street Food Festival is a Lump Sum Contract. Council expressly advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the section provided will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• THE LUMP SUM BREAKDOWN CONTAINED IN SCHEDULE 1 REQUIRES BOTH THE RATE AND AMOUNT TO BE COMPLETED ENTIRELY.
• All Tender Schedules 1-8 (inclusive) must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• All submissions must be submitted via this online portal; submissions made through any other means will not be accepted or considered.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• You are encouraged to upload your submission early to avoid missing out.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Greater Shepparton City Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
