The Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) branch has been transforming into a more service-oriented organisation with a strategic focus on end-to-end digital service delivery. To support this process, it has adopted Agile in different parts of its business, along with implementing an internal Agile delivery methodology to guide delivery of its IT Program of work.
The ATO is facing an ever increasing challenge to pivot in response to changing government or industry drivers; our IT System of delivery needs to be flexible to respond in a timely manner to these priority shifts.
The service will be targeted at maturing the system of IT Delivery within EST, with a focus on the development and supplementation of internal Team and Program level Agile coaching practices.
