This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Council is currently calling for selective tenders for the construction of new facilities at Concord Oval. Following an EOI in late 2019, five contractors have been shortlisted to provide tenders for the project. The project involves design and construction of new facilities comprising of:
- High performance training gym
- Aquatic recovery
- Player amenities
- Offices
- Auditorium and meeting rooms
- Club lounge
- Function space
- Café/club catering
- Media room
- Match day facilities
- Spectator seating and viewing rooms
- Community facilities
- Basement carpark
- Indoor sport and recreation centre
- 4 indoor mixed-use sports courts
- Functional training gym
- Group training studios
- Crèche
- Shared community spaces
- Large dividable multipurpose room
- Basketball court
- Picnic shelters.
