Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council (“Council”) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors to undertake the cost planning and construction cost management of the two community centres known as:

  • Merrifield South Community Centre (Merrifield)
  • Kalkallo North Community Centre (Kalkallo)

It is Council’s preference to award both projects to one Quantity Surveying firm however Council reserves the right to award each project to two firms.
