Tender Description
Blue Haven is seeking tender applications for the provision of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. The successful applicant will need to provide support, education and communication to create a unique partnership with the care team. Delivery of these services will need to be in line with both the Aged Care Quality Standards (ACQS), Aged Care Act 1997 and Quality of Care Principles 2014. The successful applicant will focus on proactive exercise, social engagement through movement, lifestyle activities and potentially offer occupational therapy.
