Tender Description
Wodonga City Council is inviting tenders for the provision of desing and construct of all mechanical services to be carried out in council’s office first floor- north wing at 104 Hovell Street, Wodonga as a part of the refurbishment works. The work is a part of the refurbishments project carried out by the council to upgrade the office space in the north wing.
As these works will be undertaken mostly during office hours, contractors are advised to carry out utmost compliance to OH&S and site management requirements. Asbestos has been identified in the non-friable condition in the office space which will be removed by the Demolition works.
