Tender Description
Health Infrastructure (HI) is a NSW government agency (part of NSW Health), and responsible for procuring the planning, delivery, and commissioning of public health infrastructure projects across New South Wales (NSW), Australia, with a capital value exceeding $10 million.
With over 90 projects underway across metro and regional NSW at this present time, HI is managing Australia’s largest portfolio of public health capital works. More information about HI and its projects can be found here: https://www.hinfra.health.nsw.gov.au/home
The NSW Procurement Board issued the Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 (EPP) under the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912 (NSW), giving effect to international procurement agreements applying in NSW.

To give effect to the EPP, HI is planning to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish a Construction Services Contractor Procurement List from Contractors who have experienced and capability to undertake Capital Projects with an estimated value over AUD 9 million, in the context of a health-related precinct (or similar) or healthcare site.
