This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of technical services for the regulation of Major Hazard Facilities (MHF). This Process is to establish a Specialist Advisor panel, which will consist of persons qualified and experienced in the field of risk management of MHFs or similar operations, is to assist Comcare in the assessment of facilities that have the potential to cause a major incident as defined under r. 531 of the Regulations. The Specialist Advisor must be able to provide advice, undertake investigations and/or audit activities to support Comcare’s role in administering the MHF Regulations.
