- District Council of Grant (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of construction works associated with the redevelopment of the Port MacDonnell foreshore (known as The Waterfront) (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
- The township of Port MacDonnell is located approximately 25 kilometres south of Mount Gambier.
In 2018 Council undertook Stage 1 of a planned redevelopment of the foreshore area, which to included a jetty plaza and public art, boardwalk, information shelter, improved toilet surrounds, carpark and surrounds.
In 2019 Council secured funding to undertake Stage 2 of the redevelopment which includes a new playground and Standish Street entry node.
oxigen Pty Ltd were subsequently engaged to undertake the design development for the project and provide the specification for works which forms part of this request for tender
