Scope of Work
Design, manufacture, delivery and installation of a waste water treatment plant aeration/decant tank.
Tank specifications are as follows:
- Tank to meet wind rating D;
- Tank capacity to be 313KL;
- Tank dimensions to be 13.3m high x 2.55m wide x 2.9mm thick;
- Tank to consist of a corrugated zincalume shell tank with open top and a heavy duty polyethylene liner.
SoW includes but is not limited to the following:
- Clean out existing aeration/decant tank, demolish and remove all scrap tank parts from site;
- The two aerators and float take off are to be removed and reinstalled in the new tank;
- Tank base/stand is to be inspected to ensure it complies with manufacture's requirements;
- Replace the first valve from the tank (there are currently 5 x PN150 and 1 x PN80 valves);
- Replace all gaskets and bolts; and
- Any pipe fittings that are corroded or damaged shall be replaced.
