Overview
Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced suppliers to supply and fabricate Unlined Steel Piping for the Covalent Lithium Expansion Project at the Mt Holland Concentrator.
About
Covalent Lithium is undertaking a major expansion of the Mt Holland Concentrator from approximately 2 Mtpa to approximately 4 Mtpa throughput capacity. The expansion works are predominantly greenfield construction located adjacent to the existing processing plant within an active mining environment, approximately 105 km south-southeast of Southern Cross in Western Australia.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Supply and fabrication (spooling) of Unlined Steel Piping for the Expansion Project
- Non-destructive evaluation of the piping
- Non-destructive testing of the piping
- Shop inspection of the piping
- Surface protection of the piping
- Packaging and delivery of the piping
- Preparation of design deliverables, including technical specifications, Material Take-Off, and Isometric Drawings
Contractor Requirements
Package Specific Criteria
- Prior experience and capacity in the provision of all labour, supervision, management, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the manufacture, supply, and delivery of Unlined Steel Piping in mining applications
