The current Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program website suffers from significant repetition (due to multiple perceived entry points), a lack of legibility (making it difficult for users to find the right information) and content and themes scattered across various pages. The architecture of the website requires a significant overhaul to meet the needs of the affected users, those trying to determine the need for compliance and those wanting to learn more about the overall program.

Work that needs to be done to address these issue:
• Review current website structure and content
• Undertake user research to ensure that target audiences’ needs are met (list of stakeholders will be supplied)
• Improvements to the readability and legibility of the website
• Create easy-to-follow pathways for each of the main users of the site
