Tender Description
The Department seeks to appoint a single construction contractor for an initial period of 3 years to complete Housing construction works in the community of Hermannsburg. Works may include but are not limited to upgrades, Room to Breathe, Remote Community Housing new and replacement dwellings and Government Employee Housing new and replacement dwellings.
This will be a period contract for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend for 2 x 12 month periods. Extension of the contract will be based on performance against an agreed set of KPIs.
