This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will work independently as part of a project team as well as collaboratively within a team of other analysts and architects. As part of a project team you will assist in collection requirements, drafting technical blueprints and working with Solutions Architects to design software applications. To succeed in this role, you should have a naturally analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users and have experience working closely with architects and developers to design applications and systems.
Technical Business Analyst responsibilities:
1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3. Elicit, manage and document requirements through stakeholder engagements such as meetings, workshops and working groups.
4. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
5. Serving as a liaison between users, stakeholders and technical teams.
6. Assist architects in creating blueprints, technical documentation and collecting non-functional and technical requirements
7. Contribute to peer review processes with other analysts
8. Support strategic initiatives to improve the analysis and architectural capability
