ABOUT COUNCIL
Sutherland Shire Council administers an area of 370 sq km on behalf of approximately 225,000 residents and ratepayers. It is the second largest Local Government in NSW and one of the biggest in Australia in terms of the number of people it serves. Sutherland Shire Council regularly contracts for the purchase or supply of a wide range of goods and services to pursue its commitment to efficiently deliver services with regard to the environment and to meet the needs of the community.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of repairs and refurbishment works to the concrete piles and soffits at the Gunnamatta Bay Baths.
A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document.

The Closing Time for this RFT is at 2.00pm on Tuesday 12 May 2020. Late submissions will not be considered.
