YVW is seeking to procure the services of a supplier for the Implementation of Customer Experience Digital Platform (CxDP) Foundation and invites qualified and experienced organisations to respond to the requirements specified within this Tender, Solution Design Document and associated User Stories.

The Solution Design Document outlines the requirements that must be delivered to meet the foundational capabilities required by YVW. In addition, the Community Sewerage Program requirements are defined at a level that should enable the Tenderers to respond with a high degree of certainty.

The focus of this Tender is on implementing the underlying technology as well as delivering the Community Sewerage Program.
