Two RFP opportunities are available as follows:
Major Works Refurbishment Panel Refresh (over $250k). This panel is only suitable for Contractors that typically provide services that are in the $250k - $1m+ range across all ECU campus.
Prospective Vendors should be experienced in complex refurbishment jobs that require some degree of structural refurbishment and be able to demonstrate an ability to demonstrate value for money and have robust construction procedures in place.
Minor Works Refurbishment Panel Refresh (under $250k) – opportunities available for both Perth and Bunbury. This panel is suitable for Contractors that typically provide services that are under $250k in value.
Prospective Vendors should be experienced in agile projects that are low complexity and have minimal documentation i.e. painting, carpets and blinds and minor structural, electrical changes. They should be able to demonstrate value for money and have lower overhead costs.
