Scope of Works:
- Replace 27 existing HBDs with new HBDs at locations across the rail network, including civils preparation
- Upgrade sensors on 18 existing HBDs
- Add 16 new infill sites with installation of new HBDs, including civils preparation, and integrate into the network
- Decommission office based systems for old HBDs
- Add new and upgraded sites to existing office based system
- Integrate new HBDs and upgraded HBDs with Autohaul and Train Control Systems
- Solar array & battery installations
- Fibre optics installations
