This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This procurement will enable the digitisation of entity cybersecurity risk management at the Fair Work Ombudsman and Registered Organisation Commission Entity (FWOROCE). FWOROCE operates 92 IT Applications which are risk managed under 10 technology Platforms. FWOROCE employs approximately 800 people, however cyber risk is managed by 4 System Owners (Platforms) and 3 System Managers who report to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). An IT Security Advisor (ITSA) provides governance, risk and compliance support to the CISO and the Entity. An external Cybersecurity Partner has been working with FWOROCE for 18 months.
The intent of this procurement is to develop the ability to demonstrate the status of our Cybersecurity posture and prioritise activity against common risk standards in real time.
Current processes follow the PSPF and ISM guidance using physical records and manual assignment of risks and controls. The intent of this procurement is to enable the transfer the existing risk register to a digital platform and to conduct future assessments within a standards framework that includes ISM, PSPF and references appropriate risk standards such as ISO27001, NIST800 and Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix (CSA CCM) which is not limited to a purely compliance focus.
