Request for Proposal: Developing nursery career pathways (NY19006)
Hort Innovation is a not-for-profit, grower-owned Research and Development Corporation (RDC) for Australia’s $13.2 billion horticulture industry. Hort Innovation invests around $110 million in research and development (R&D) and marketing programs annually to provide benefit to industry and the wider community.
Hort Innovation is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and capable delivery partner for the project: Developing nursery career pathways (NY19006).
The objectives of the services being sought are to support the Australian nursery industry to attract new entrants and retain existing staff by implementing recommendations of the NY17002 Career path development strategy, in particular:
• Training support (formal an informal) to support the targeted design and delivery of training programs that support the upskilling of the nursery industry at several levels
• Defined jobs and career pathways to demonstrate dynamic career opportunities within the nursery sector to those in horticulture and other relevant sectors.
Hort Innovation has prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document that provides background information, outlines the scope of services, the procurement process and the information required from interested parties
