Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (the Department) is seeking to appoint two or more experienced and qualified suppliers ‘Audit Service Providers (ASPs)’ who will undertake funding and quality assurance services across a range of Victorian registered training organisations (RTOs).
The ASPs will provide audit and assurances services in line with the approach reflected in the Skills First Audit and Review Strategy, in relation to RTOs either currently holding a VET Funding Contract, or who may express interest in being contracted in the future. These services support the following Departmental objectives when ensuring that RTOs are meeting their contractual requirements:
- Confirm funding under the VET Funding Contract has been expended appropriately;
- Promote RTO regulatory and standards compliance; and
- Promote RTO process quality.
