Comcare is seeking a multi-channel, cloud-hosted, secure payments solution

⁠⁠⁠Comcare is seeking a multi-channel, cloud-hosted, secure payments solution (Claims Payments Automation – CPA) for workers’ compensation claims-related invoices for medical and rehabilitation expense claims, including those payments to medical and allied health care providers; compensation claimants; and workplace rehabilitation providers. Success of this project will be demonstrated through replacement of all manual provider creation and financial processing with an automated, digital solution, creating efficiencies for Comcare and its stakeholders.

Comcare requires the successful tenderer to collaborate on the design of the CPA solution, particularly around integration of the solution with Comcare’s existing claims management and financial systems and external stakeholder systems (medical and allied health providers; workplace rehabilitation providers).
The successful tenderer will:
• work with Comcare to understand Comcare’s existing technology, business processes and claims management improvement program and the external stakeholder technology and business process environment to inform and design the CPA solution; and
• implement the CPA in a phased delivery approach.
