Two (2) Enterprise Data Architects

⁠⁠⁠The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
• Designing and enhancing the enterprise data architecture to enable business outcomes and meet functional and non-functional business requirements;
• Developing data management standards, guidelines and Architecture Patterns including but not restricted to Metadata Management, Data Modelling, Data Assets Management, Data integration and Interoperability and Records Management design responsibilities;
• Developing enterprise strategies to set the direction for data architecture in the Department;
• Developing and reviewing data models to support projects;
• Governing applicable data patterns and standards by working with and providing guidance to business subject matter experts, business architects, and solution architects; and
• Governing the data architecture of projects and programs by reviewing and endorsing solution designs and data models.

Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.

The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for the development of the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Blueprints, capability models, operating models and business focused investment roadmaps;
• Describing and modelling the primary business functions of various business areas and distinguishing between customer-facing, operational and business management functions; and
• Describing and modelling business information sharing across capabilities.
