Tender Description
Expression of interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works at Our Lady of Start of The Sea, Ocean Grove 13-29 John Dory Drive, Ocean Grove.
The works shall comprise demolition of the existing Multi-Purpose Hall and construction of new Multi-Purpose Centre and a new Learning Centre incorporating Multi-Purpose Centre, General Purpose Classrooms, Learning Hub, Withdrawal Spaces, Storage , Associated site works ( approximately 1,280m2).
Registration are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following email address prior to 2pm on Tuesday 31st March, 2020. (from which a short list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
