Tender Description
The services will be required for works that are undertaken on roads, car parks, parks and other miscellaneous works that Council undertakes. It is envisaged that services under this contract will be carried out in conjunction with Council's own day labour workforce with other Council contractors, or in emergency situations. The Council Representative will coordinate the works. Council Business Units under the Engineering Services Directorate shall use the Contractor engaged under this contract.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, plant, materials, equipment, signs, overheads and profit as appropriate for the supply of traffic control services as required. These services shall supplement and work with Council's own labour force and plant fleet, as well as other contractors, to carry out maintenance and works activities within the City of Greater Dandenong.
