Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately skilled & experienced contractors to undertake the construction of a new wombat crossing in Merri Street outside the Warrnambool Train Station.
The Works will include the following management & construction activities:
- Site safety management, environmental management and quality assurance;
- Planning & programming of contract works;
- Traffic, parking and pedestrian management;
- Liaison with service authorities;
- Relocations & adjustments to service authority assets;
- Demolition of existing infrastructure;
- Earthworks;
- Underground drainage construction;
- Road pavement construction;
- Bitumen sealing works;
- Asphalt surfacing;
- Traffic signs and line marking;
- Concrete kerb and channel construction;
- Concrete footpath construction;
- Concrete raised pedestrian crossing
- Soft landscaping and street furniture installation; and
- Street lighting.
