Tender Description
The City of Melbourne (CoM) seeks to establish a new rostering solution for effective time, attendance and award interpretation. Respondents are asked to submit a response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) that provides CoM with the following capability:
- Roster creation;
- Time & Attendance administration;
- Absence Management;
- Award Interpretation;
- Self-Service access;
- Digital Workflow;
- Workforce Planning & Predictive Analytics;
- Business Intelligence & Reporting capability;
- Effective integration with Council's Payroll system and other 3rd Party applications at Council.
