Tender Description
The Departement of Jobs, Precincts and Regions are intending to go to market to source the services of a Head Building Contractor to refit an office building at the Department's Tatura facility. The estimated value of the required services is between $820,000 and $870,000 incl GST
This will be a Select, single stage tender to suppliers registered on the Department of Treasury Construction Services Register (CSR). In addition to being on the CSR suppliers must be registered builders.
Suppliers will also be required to sign the Victorian Goverment's Supplier Code of Conduct and the Governments Social Procurement Framework may apply.
