Cleaning Services for Council Buildings

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT COFFS HARBOUR CITY COUNCIL:
Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. ABOUT THIS TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Proponents for the provision of cleaning services for Council buildings under a preferred panel supply arrangement for a two-year period from 2020 to 2022 starting in July 2020 with two further extension options of 12 months each which may be granted at the sole discretion of Council subject to satisfactory performance.

SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box which is Council's preferred method for submissions using the attached Microsoft Word version of the Returnable Schedules document.

Hard copy submissions may also be submitted in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title "RFT-1136-TO Cleaning Services for Council Buildings" and the Tender closing date, then placed in the Tender Box located in Customer Service Centre, corner of Coff and Castle Streets, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450 by the Tender closing time and date detailed below.

Late, verbal, faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted, and the canvassing of Councillors and/or Council staff on this Tender will disqualify that Tenderer from this Tender process in accordance with Council's policy.
